The advanced training focuses on a case study with a borrower that more closely resembles the borrowers a loan officer will encounter. For example, the borrower tells the loan officer how much he makes, but the loan officer can not use it as qualifying income. The challenge is to identify which income can be used as qualifying income. There are a lot of twists and turns - borrower changes his mind, etc.
