All credit card transactions are done on a secure server, however if you do not wish to transmit your credit card number to us electronically, or if you wish to purchase items by a means other than credit card, we ask that you go through the process of making all of your selections and print out the final page that lists your selections and the total price. Please include your name and phone number and a representative will contact you by phone with an address where you can mail payment or give us your credit card number. We will accept personal checks drawn on an American bank account, money orders or cashiers checks. All orders being shipped outside the Continental United States must pay by credit card or American currency. Additional shipping costs will apply to all items mailed outside of the United States. Items cannot be shipped until payment has been received. Privacy And Security LoanOfficerSchool.Com values your privacy just as we do our own. We collect certain information from you that is necessary for the processing of your order. This information includes: Your Name Your Address Your Phone Number Your E-Mail We consider this to be your contact information. After processing your order, your contact information is stored in our secure database for future reference. This allows us to be able to notify you of any upcoming information or any changes to the site. Under no circumstances will any of this information be sold, rented, leased, loaned, or otherwise divulged to any other organization, company, or individual except as required by the laws of the United States of America. We also collect the necessary credit card information to process your order. Once your order has been processed this information is deleted from our system. WE DO NOT MAINTAIN YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN OUR DATABASE. Therefore, when you re-visit the store and place a new order, it is necessary for you to re-enter this information. This is done for your protection. All order transactions are conducted over a secure server running 128-bit encryption, the strongest currently available. Should any changes be made to these policies, a notice will be placed on the index page of the site. Return Policy For Home Study Course You may return the video tape library purchased from LoanOfficerSchool.Com, however the course workbook materials are not refundable. We will be able to credit you for the difference of the tape set and the workbook if the Complete Home Study Course was purchased. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund (less shipping charges). The item must be returned in unused condition. Once opened, refunds for marketing kits, cdroms, and management kits are not refundable. Return Policy For Live Course Registrations A 100% refund is available up until 10 days prior to the scheduled course date. If you are unable to attend the course you registered for, and have not given 10 days notice, you can substitute your tuition for the Home Study Course, or apply your tuition to one of our future course dates.
