All credit card transactions are done on a secure server, however if you do not wish to transmit your credit card number to us electronically, or if you wish to purchase items by a means other than credit card, we ask that you go through the process of making all of your selections and print out the final page that lists your selections and the total price. We will accept personal checks drawn on an American bank account, money orders or cashiers checks. All orders being shipped outside the Continental United States must pay by credit card or American currency. Additional shipping costs will apply to all items mailed outside of the United States. Items cannot be shipped until payment has been received.

Return Policy

Live & Online Class Registrations

A 100% refund is available up until 10 days prior to the scheduled course date. If you are unable to attend the course you registered for, and have not given 10 days notice, you may apply your tuition to one of our future course dates.

Test Prep Packages

We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE with our test prep video course package!  If you take and fail the National exam and request a refund between 3-45 days after purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase cost.  We do not offer refunds on our test preparation material for any other reason.

Online Training Products

We do not offer refunds for our online training as the content cannot be recalled but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we are happy to apply your payment to another of our online courses.
